Drafting:
Outside of Day-to-Day work in drafting I gained valuable experience and skills I was deeply involved in improving the DEP drafting departments process's re-developing and maintaining DEP wiki updating and modernising Team meeting template (Moving to a new software and setup) I also re-developed the site wide tracking process to comply with Cummins retention policy developing a SharePoint capable of complying with that standard as well as improving the overall quality and efficiency of how we worked at DEP drafting. I took a lead role in developing a Fast-tracking process for CAD work that fell into a certain criteria to expedite the Drafting process for certain parts that fell under those certain conditions for engineers to utilise as well as lead on a PDF overlay project to aid with compliance checking again with the aim to create a more streamlined and efficient process while maintaining or facilitating a higher degree or accuracy.
I Supported the Apprentice programme extensively between 2021-Current as well as aided the SPOC (Single point of contact) Programme at DEP with Drawings and Supplier Graphics process after being identified as an expert.
