Managing these relationships, setting expectations, and still delivering results proved both challenging and rewarding, further strengthening my leadership capability. I also had the opportunity to brief Global Leadership on-site during their plant tour, presenting the logistics initiatives I was driving.

In 2025, I achieved professional recognition as a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, further demonstrating my commitment to the highest standards in supply chain leadership.
