- At first i worked on the line maintaining and repairing broken pallets to go back out to customers.
- I also became a fire marshall after working here for a year and a first aider 6 months after that.
- Worked on the line in the warehouse and outside on the truck depending on where we were short I would fill in to help the workload flow more smoothly.
- Started on a counterbalance loading and unloading lorries that came in with pallets and other stock.
- Then i gradually started using the high capacity forklift to move a large quantity of pallets from bay to bays
- Remove personal pronoun was also one of the heads of our '5s' team which maintained a clean and organised workspace, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.
- I also broke company records on our Klippa machine for the amount of pallets put through and repaired in a shift which were awarded by the head office in Australia for which shows I'm hardworking and computer savvy as the machine ran on a remote out the back of the Klippa to deal with any problems we occurred.
- While driving on the trucks i used systems such as scanners and ED system scanners to pick and put items into their designated lanes.

- I started Currys which turned to Knowhow as a warehouse operative and my job was to get lorries onto the bay and open the curtain so the lads of the truck could strip them.
- I then later got on the counter balance and was the one stripping and loading lorries
- I also was trained on a reach truck to pick items for the loading team and then got offered to become the stock controller on my shift, in this new role i recorded and reported missing stock or lost inventory to managment team and managed inventory levels in warehouse, conducting regular stock checks to maintain accurate records.
- I also processed and organised stock delivered to store, verifying correct order counts and products received before delivery sign-off and monitored, recorded and helped with investigations of missing stock.
- Finally i was a first aider and fire marshall for 2 years.
