  • I do this through testing the raw material against a set specification, if they are found to not be within the set guidelines the material is rejected back to the supplier

  • Another role I undertake is to ensure that all non-conforming product is reported to the supplier directly by telephone & electronic communication furthermore I also visit those non-conforming suppliers
