Marketing lead at Positive, a B2B tech PR and marketing agency. Hired to develop our product and service offering, develop new business and upsell existing clients.

  • Pitched, won and managed a content and comms project for an electoral candidate. Enriched voters data and divided into ICPs, developed messaging campaigns, managed a LinkedIn connects and email campaign, and advised on tone and topics. Candidate won the election.
  • Developed, pitched and sold our AIOptimisation product (SEO for LLMs and AI) to 2 existing PR clients. Manage the relationship, providing insight and recommendations using our chosen software (Azoma).
  • Pitched and won a mini e-book campaign to a new client in the B2B finance tech space (ongoing project). Currently negotiating an AIOptimisation audit with the same client.
  • Run all internal BD campaigns, cleaned and enriched all contacts on our CRM, manage social media for Positive, Categorical (Sister company), The Difference Engine (Podcast) and our CEO.   • Generated £287,017 (120% Target) from organic marketing activities across our website, LinkedIn and via direct marketing.
  • Secured £1.4m worth of retained business over a 12 month period, creating all B2B proposals alongside our MD, landing one of MRL's largest clients to date.
  • Upsold £310,000 worth of marketing services across 5 clients by leveraging the current candidate-led market, highlighting the clients blind-spots to sell market-mapping projects for critical vacancies.
  • Reduced marketing spend by 30% YoY by putting our SEO out to tender, negotiating with our website provider on a new 2-year contract and website build, and optimising our paid marketing spend across social media.
  • Successfully pitched new ideas to SLT to support sales by creating new routes to market (Women In Semiconductors Podcast and Roundtable events), leveraging our brand, heritage and network to secure reputable guests.
