Summary

My background driven life consists of being an Energetic employee well-versed in strong communication and organisation skills. Seeking solutions to problems and being able to apply extensive analytical knowledge to findings. Adept at multi-tasking, leading group discussions and managing projects.

Outside of work I like to spend my free time reading and improving my health referring to my state of well-being & fitness meaning how physically fit I aim to be throughout the time I have left in life to be able to push my body to its max potentials.

In my spare time I enjoy setting a weekly challenge for myself after working and spending time with my family, I aim each week to complete at least one fitness challenge a month which involves trying to beat my best time achieved each time by setting an "Acid Bath" fitness test to improve my capability of doing better every time to keep on succeeding my PB time.

Alongside this I push my fitness to the max by doing a "1300 Rep Challenge" (with Weights) every month for my best effort to live longer and stronger in life, in the 6 weeks holidays when the kids are off school i like to take the family away for a nice few weeks over the weekends and a couple of days threw the week doing activity's such as log cabin stays throughout the UK enjoying activity's like going site seeing and the occasional "mountain climbing" in places like Wales and Peak District making many memory's with my Devoted and much Cherished Partner & 2 Children.
