• Completed the Deloitte “Manager” to “Senior Manager” Future Leadership Programme.
• Rated as “Outstanding” in the FY23 year-end performance review.
• Played a key role in shaping the NSE's approach to SAFe/Agile adoption by providing expert recommendations as part of the LACE working group.
• Contributed to the growth and development of junior colleagues by sharing project management knowledge and experience as a mentor in the Deloitte Mentoring Programme.

• Security Remediation Programme - Leading a project team including Junior PMs, Risk & Compliance analysts and offshore resources to perform risk assessments on JLR's applications against Security standards and remediating apps that were non compliant.
• Server Hardening Ransomware - Managed the deployment of 14 different security controls covering 3000 window servers across UK and Switzerland to remediate vulnerabilities on the server environment.
• Vulnerability Management - Oversaw Sentinel One and Qualys virus protection software on the JLR estate, across 200+ physical, VM and cloud platforms and defined a vulnerability framework for BAU teams.
• Data Migration - Migrated HR & payroll data records that were open to security vulnerabilities in SAP to Google Cloud preventing PII data from being breached.

• Created a central governance structure and established a new PMO team defining its structure, roles and responsibilities.
• Implemented processes for resource tracking planning and financial tracking to support the success of project and programme delivery.
• Developed and implemented a handbook of project management processes, procedures and templates for Project/Programme Managers.
• Created and delivered monthly KPI reports to IT Directors on the health of their portfolios, key risks and progress of delivery of Projects & Programmes.
• Built an automated cloud workflow to enable IT Heads to track and approve project milestone movement for all departments within IT.

• Led a cross functional engineering digital transformation programme that enabled JLR to integrate historical insufficient business processes with a modern technology app to improve engineers productivity.
• Managed a team of Scrum Masters, Developers and QA testers delivering a digital app using Scrum methodology.
• Implemented appropriate change management processes and strategy across multiple departments (Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Manufacturing).
