I have achieved more than just groundworks, I was also in RAF Air cadets for 12 years in which i gained the cadet rank of sergeant and when i was 21 i became a member of adult staff as an civilian instructor and became a weapons coach, teaching young cadets how to use the weapons and skills needed.

I mastered skills in communication whilst at school completing and achieving the Diana award. My previous employer Caldwell Construction, which i stayed at for 15 years and learnt my skills at, i feel this shows my integrity and loyalty.
