My experience as an IT Technician has provided valuable hands-on experience in diverse IT fields, including Group Policy, server administration, Aruba networking, computer maintenance, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. Working with a ticketing system has been instrumental in developing my ability to prioritize tasks and manage my time effectively.
Starting as a Kitchen Porter at Loungers Plc, I was quickly promoted to Chef de Partie and then Junior Sous Chef. In these roles, I ensured food quality and timely service, effectively managing workload under pressure.
My role involved both digital marketing (SEO, backlinking, internal linking, website testing, and reporting) and basic IT support, including email setup, computer troubleshooting, and printer configuration.
