As a Serivce Manager I remain well informed on policy or regulatory changes impacting your designated area of work e.g. homelessness, mental health, supported housing, employment services.

Understand the needs and ambitions of current and future customers, partners and commissioners.

Use this knowledge to develop our service offer and ensure we provide homes and services our customers are proud of.

Proactively promote LiveWell with targeted partners i.e. commissioners and funders across employment, housing, health, social care and the voluntary sector.

Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Contracts team on business development opportunities. Provide insight and data to support with business retention and development activity.

Oversee the development of annual plans for each service taking a highly collaborative and engaging approach to developing the plan with teams.

Ensure that the annual plan sets clear aims, objectives and targets for each service. Work with the Quality and Impact Manager to ensure that these are embedded, monitored and achieved.

Work closely with Project Leads, Programme Leads and Team Leaders to ensure contractual obligations are fully understood and that we deliver high performance against our contracts.

Oversee the budget for the portfolio, providing leadership on effective budget setting, ongoing financial control and delivering value for money.

Work closely with the Head of Business Development and Contracts to ensure effective oversight and governance of LiveWell contracts.

Provide data and insight to the Head of Business Development and Contracts to support contract negotiations and annual uplift processes.

Role model excellent leadership on health and safety, risk management and safeguarding. Ensure that the organisational processes governing health and safety, risk and safeguarding are upheld in our LiveWell services.
