I have vast experience in meeting the needs of Elite Football Clubs and Players, with a strong passion for, and pride in, my player care provision and general football operational organisation. Reliability, authenticity, honesty, absolute empathy and total confidentiality are all assured and are all my own non-negotiables.

If I were to describe myself, I would say I am a player supporter; a personal support that is independent from a player's immediate environment, offering help practically, transactionally and emotionally, and as much as anything, to listen and offer perspective.

Over my career I have gained vast experience in successful recruitment processes, player transactions and player sales. I have also developed football operational and administration skills and experience contributing to on pitch delivery and focus. Now, more than ever, mental health awareness is of paramount importance, and players need someone to reach out to at all times. Looking after players’ mental health will lead to better performance overall.

I have a great deal of transactional experience in the recruitment of players from start to finish and the onboarding and offboarding process of players both foreign and domestically. Players are a valuable commodity to any club and need this support, and someone dedicated and approachable for them to reach out to.

I consider that I can offer an in-depth understanding of player wellbeing. I will always encourage players to be polite, responsible, professional, accountable and independent people, this is hugely important to me. I am trusted by the partners and family members of players, and I am well known for going well over and above the level of care expected.

I have dealt with, and am highly skilled in, efficiently managing players through every task imaginable, large and small, through to extreme personal and professional crisis management.

I am a proficient communicator and would look forward to working closely with club colleagues, operating within the framework, profile and methodology of the football club, fostering a dynamic, positive ethos within the team, always striving for best practice in player & family welfare, and being part of a proactive process, planning, assessing, aligning and communicating in assisting in club, squad & individual needs whilst building excellent relationships with all player stakeholders, such as partners, family members and representatives / agents.

I am honest, hard working, very proficient in football administration and have spoken basic German since childhood, whilst currently working to improve my Spanish speaking. I have spent a large chunk of my career trying to help people be the best they can be and do this to the best of my ability.

In elite football we are constantly searching for metrics to measure the output of people, and analytics is a key area, but one thing utterly intangible is the complex behaviour of human beings, and their varying motivators. Physical and mental support are key factors in the growth and development of any player.
