Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the gym, including maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health and safety. Duties include administrative and sales tasks such as responding to member emails, handling payments and making calls to engage with potential members who have interacted with the website. Also providing customer support on the gym floor including inductions and PT sessions and ensuring a positive experience for members and visitors.
