As a former JJI/Posi joist designer I have gained a lot of skills in design and design software. I started as a trainee designer and over the years gained knowledge and experience which I use day to day in my role which helped me progress to a designer. I can use the skills and knowledge I have gained in my current role to help me with future opportunities. I am a fast learner and work well within a team or on my own when necessary. I am enthusiastic and reliable and able to meet deadlines.
