• £5m child/adult biometrics implementation in Ghana, scaling to 500 clinics country wide.
• Integrated biometrics with National ID platforms, facilitating greater scale and accuracy in national programs
• Implemented technical solutions for countries with complex data sovereignty requirements

I have been closely involved in the open sourcing of Simprints mobile products & am a key member of a cross-department team as a technical advisor for new opportunities and initiatives.

Developed and ran a unique online virtual running/eCommerce platform for a community of runners.

• Attracted seed funding and collaborated with funders.
• Development and managed the site and business functions alongside freelance work.
• Integrated with external APIs, including Strava, MailChimp, SendGrid and Shopify.

Product development lead for a complex enterprise work platform currently being rolled out across California.

• Worked in conjunction with local governments, supported by over £5m funding.
• Work directly with the platform's CEO and US team, designing and managing the delivery of new features.
• Led the project's agile strategy, using Jira, Service Desk, and Confluence.
• Managed the system's successful application to the UK Government G-Cloud Procurement Marketplace and worked on a joint Innovate UK application.

Having taught myself to code and whilst combining work with a period of childcare, I worked as a freelance front-end developer/technical advisor alongside running my own business (see below), designed and built applications for clients, using a range of front-end frameworks:

• Kiosk interfaces across a range of commercial applications.
• Websites and mobile applications.
• Information management dashboards.

Technical lead for a £5m+ Health and Life Insurance business with over 15 staff and 100 sales consultants. Worked in a fast-paced start-up environment, with several responsibilities, including:

• Managing the firm's salesforce implementation and a team of developers.
• Working alongside the firm's owners, identifying and developing technological innovations for the firm's clients and sales staff.
