Mental Health and Well Being Champion

Whilst working with Bowkers I became a mental health and well being champion. This entailed dealing with the health problems of other HGV drivers. Using my people skills to ensure their problems were addressed and dealt with confidentially and with sensitivity. Sometimes it was just lending a listening ear and other times it was to make sure the help that was needed was provided.
