In my role as a digital parts advisor/ITAM Analyst l am responsible for managing all IT Assets for the full of Arnold Clark. On a daily basis I can be liaising with suppliers to get the correct equipment ordered for stock and for each customers preference. I do weekly and monthly stock checks to make sure we have the correct and efficient equipment for all our branches. I work close with my IT asset seniors as a team to prioritise customer tickets and to meet business targets . I have also gained experience in prepping laptops, PCs and Tablet's. Being part of Arnold Clark, we’re always working on business acquisitions where I can be involved in working with our projects team to order, prep and manage all IT assets for our new branches.

• In my role as a Driver/Valeter my responsibilities include Cleaning and washing cars using a high-pressure jet wash, cleaning windows, wheels, door handles and mirrors, interiors as required to a high standard to meet business needs
• My other responsibilities include driving a variety of different cars and vans from branch to branch all over the United Kingdom
• During my time at Arnold Clark I have gained a lot of knowledge about cars and even learned practical skills such as replacing wiper blades, changing tyres and checking for light faults
• I worked as part of a team to provide the best customer service and support possible reducing complaints and making sure the customer is fully satisfied.

• I work as a delivery driver for ASDA, which is a fast paced and physically demanding job
• I provide excellent customer service and deliver all over south of Glasgow, Renfrew and Paisley
• In my job I've learned loads of new things such as driving in all weather conditions, driving larger vehicles and learning manual handling skills
• My job entails of very physically demanding things such as carrying up to 30kg up many flights of stairs on multiple occasions daily
• I work with a range of customers and always ensure I provide the best customer service by helping them offload shopping and making them feel as comfortable as possible to ensure the customer is satisfied and hopefully creating a bigger customer base.

• In Home Bargains, I learned about how to provide an outstanding in-store experience through positive and attentive customer service, utilise expertise in visual merchandising to create eye-catching displays to encourage increased footfall
• I managed efficiently - till operations, including scanning items, processing payments and issuing receipts
• I accepted and processed cash, cheque, card and mobile payments, processed product returns, meet customers and offered assistance with selecting merchandise, finding accessories and completing purchases
• I even fostered relationships with customers to expand customer base and enhance loyalty and retention.

• I worked as a delivery driver in a demanding and fast-paced business in Shawlands called Salt and Vinegar where I delivered as many as 30-40 deliveries per night
• In this job, I learned a lot about timekeeping and communication, how to process payments by accepting cash, cheques, and credit card payments
• I found optimal routes by applying working knowledge of Glasgow
• I provided excellent customer service, answered questions and appropriately handled complaints from clients increasing overall customer satisfaction
• I also maintained effective communication with management, informing of any changes to delivery, route or schedule.

• During my time with GP Strategies, I took part in a work placement at B&M Stores, where I gained a realistic view of the work environment
• I assisted with deliveries, stock rotation and replenishment, represented the store and company to customers in a friendly and professional manner and worked with colleagues to maintain the store
• I learned how Handle complaints and process returns calmly and diplomatically to encourage brand loyalty and repeat customers.
