I oversee the daily operations of the Little Dog Hotel, ensuring high-quality care and service standards are maintained from feeding, cleaning, and looking after our guests. I also engage with owners daily to foster strong relationships and to get to know our guests so their stay is a home-from-home experience. We have maintained a 5-star rating with Pendle Council for eight consecutive years, demonstrating commitment to quality service and standards.

I started this job as a 1:1 Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant working with children with Autism, Downs Syndrome, Spina Bifida and Muscular Dystrophy. Whilst working in this role, I worked with the children's parents and outside agencies to help give the pupils the most rewarding time in school. I also became a general Teaching Assisant working closely with the class teacher. I was also given opportunities to teach sports ranging from tag rugby, basketball, football, athletics, and also opportunities to go on residential trips to the Lake District, Peak District, and Wales.
