In addition to my role of licensee of the Old Hare and Hounds, I held this role, where I would assist Area Operations Managers in the Leicestershire and Derbyshire area,'

My primary role was to assist and support new retailers coming into the trade with training, guidance and moral support.

on day 1-7 i would provide onsite support assisting in such things as training on the tills system, operation of equipment, maintain the back office system which included the banking and stock control, staffing issues, etc

I will also ensure the retailer would have a full understanding of the cellar and banking process, guiding them through each process.

After week one I would making weekly visit to answer and questions that may have arisen over the week and as well being available over the phone if there was something that needed and instant reply.

As a Retail Support Coach I had access to each site back office system and could work in tandem with the site to look at any issues.

Under the direction of a Area Operations Manager, I may be asked to go in and assist a current retailer who might be struggling with an element of the role of retailer and give them addition guidance and training where needed,
