- Having worked in retrofit for over 15 years from small privet to on the tools plastering for local authorities to running a number of projects across the UK under the ECO4 scheme I have grain a lot of experience in retrofit and can understand the fast pace and challenges of the industry.
- Having worked in retrofit I have been able to implement reporting apps and apps to help manage projects remotely and using the evidence for submissions which has made managing jobs across the country easer to track and monitor.
- Working in the retrofit industry you have to been a strong minded leader and have good relationships with all members of staff to support and guide where necessary as most of the work is done remotely so trust is a massive part of the job.
