This project was a total refurbishment with single story extension and loft conversion of a detached property, completed on time and budget whilst the clients occupied the property for 60% of the Build.

During my time with Upright I am responsible from site set up to liaise with clients regarding schedules, checking contractor quality controls up to a high standard, booking building control visits throughout the project and finish to sign off. Site demobilisation then through to snagging for retention final payments.
