A market research and consultancy specialist with 20+ years experience. Having worked in Malaysia for almost 17 years, Jon-Paul has recently returned to the UK and is looking for a hands-on role, which allows him to focus on the areas of research which excite him the most.
Most recently, JP led Nielsen Malaysia for over 5 years, transforming reputation and client experience through improved client partnerships to understand the goals/challenges of the media landscape.
JP has experience across a variety of industries (financial services, automotive, QSR, FMCG and Oil & Gas), covering most research specialisms, with focus on customer experience, branding, consumer understanding/ segmentation.
Getting his hands dirty, working with clients and analysis and interpretation is what excites JP, and where he's found the greatest job fulfilment. Despite recent leadership roles, he has remained actively involved in client development, BD, research design and analysis.
Having spent his early career at a boutique agency, JP embraces an informal, personal and bespoke approach to teams and clients.
