I studied at Brunel Technical College between Sept '85 and July '87 and qualified with a City & Guilds certificate in Baking. I worked in various small family bakeries and supermarket bakeries in the Bath area between Sept '85 and June '00, starting off on a YTS scheme and moving through the ranks all the way to a bakery manager at Radstock CO-OP.

Many of the bakeries I worked in have now sadly closed down but the list would be something like this;
