- Full P&L ownership for global export business, with responsibility for forecasting, KPI setting, strategic planning, contracting, pricing, and growth targets.
- Manage a team of 5 export professionals across Europe, overseeing performance and development.
- Lead distributor management across 70+ countries, including onboarding, performance reviews, and strategic planning (JBPs).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, logistics, regulatory, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless export execution and compliance.
- Recruit and onboard new talent to support strategic expansion — including New Business Development and LATAM roles.
- Negotiated a new distribution agreement in Central Asia, delivering £2M in incremental revenue and achieving the highest gross margin across the business.
- Consistently achieved 15% year-on-year growth, meeting and exceeding £22M export revenue targets.
- Signed new distribution partners in Albania, UAE, and the Far East, adding £1M+ for the first year in incremental business through structured JBPs.
- Conceptualized and delivered a successful Global Distributor Conference in London (April 2024), hosting 50+ partners worldwide to drive brand alignment, NPD introduction, and commercial expansion.
- Strengthened market penetration through strategic JBPs, contract renegotiations, and pricing initiatives aligned to global brand goals.
