1. Doing all mechanic work in ORIENT SUPER, ORIENT STANDARD , STARLINE S30(monograph m/c) & NEWSLINE 30

2. Responsible for the overall printing quality in 4 color web offset printing.

3. Take necessary corrective steps to retain and improve quality.

4. Ensure time bound production.

5. Supervision of printing of magazines and other publications.

6. Recommending necessary corrective instructions and repairing if necessary.

Doing all mechanic work[Blanket changing, roller setting, replacement of roller bearing, setting of folder, safety pin changing of folder & unit etc.

• Have work experience with the following web offset machines:

10 Tower and high speed folder

4 Tower global-USA

5 Tower Web 2000- USA

1 Tower Tensor Grafic-USA

• Responsible for the overall printing quality in 4 colour web offset printing
• Disassembled defective parts to make proper repairs.
• Inspected and tested equipment to locate worn and damaged parts.

• Have experience with:

High speed 4 colour printing machine.

3x sheet feed offset machines

High speed web offset machine for large volume newspaper printing
