I recently completed my mental health nursing degree at Sheffield Halla
m University and am now registered with the NMC.

I have ten years of experience working as a support worker or care assistant and am focused on improving patients' lives through high-quality support.Proficient in life and social skills, helping patients integrate into the community and live more robustly.Well-versed in hoists and mobility aids.I firmly believe in person-centered care and involve patients and their families in tailoring their care per the Department of Health recommendations.I possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, which I gained through my experience working with vulnerable individuals.I am hardworking, trustworthy, reliable, passionate, and enthusiastic in everything I do.I can work well under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations while also giving support to my colleagues.My assessor described me as an excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with patients and relatives.I always aim to follow the NMC code of professional conduct throughout my nursing journey and ensure that my practice remains within the boundaries set.I enjoy being a team player and have worked effectively within multi-disciplinary teams during my nursing training.If selected for the role, I will bring my enthusiasm and experience to the team and work towards maintaining a high standard of care for our patients and service users.Supporting the core values of promoting dignity, respect, and choice will guide my approach to patient care.

I like to unwind by playing games, watching movies, and listening to music. I am outgoing and want to get involved in the community by helping adults and kids, attending church, participating in celebrations, taking family vacations, and staying in shape by walking and going to the gym.
