General Duties
1. To develop potential sales leads from a varied customer base in to a full design brief. Customer base includes contract caterers; tenders via portals; TUCO members and end users on a direct basis
2. Work up a comprehensive scope of works based on the design for the estimating team to develop a fully costed document.
3. Meet with the end user and/or client to work the designs and costs towards a purchase order.
4. To identify and manage potential areas for margin improvement.
5. Post order, to network with the projects team to create a logical and deliverable works programme, liaising with the client throughout.
6. To remain in contact with the client during the site works ensuring all expectations are met and attend site on completion and handover
Administrative Duties
1. Regularly update the company CRM system for analysis & reporting
2. Attend monthly individual sales reviews via Teams or face-to-face to discuss progress, ideas, issues etc
3. Attend monthly group reviews to share inter-departmental ideas, news and processes

1. Set up a design consultancy business working with contractors, end users and direct clients to deliver catering design installations
