Managing day to day on site activities of the roads and sewers package. Working with Geo Technical and Remediation departments Surcharging and remediating the site. Working with Sirius Geotechnical and overall project designers Queensbury LTD to Implement reinforcement details while installing deep drainage to account for the poor ground conditions. Removing and reinstalling previously installed phase 1 deep drainage as no reinforced detail used under drainage causing sinkage of installed 6,7m deep manholes. Leased with piling contractor and completed first phase of foundation works Installing piles and precast concrete foundations. Organised pump station prestart meeting with Yorkshire water and drainage inspections as progress was made on site. Installed pump station to reinforced details and deep drainage, rising main and Road construction.

Leased with Bradford City Council Highways Inspector and Engineer, Queensberry LTD, Yorkshire water, HVSS and Avant Homes management team.

Daily responsibilities include – Completing cost sheets and delivery schedules, completing lookaheads and working with Quantity Surveyor on Weekly costings and forecasts, morning briefings setting teams of men to work explain process and details, Quantifying and ordering materials, working with and allocating work to the site setting out engineer completing QA, RAMS, Site audits, loler inspections, completing daily site diary, daily teams meeting @ 4pm summarising daily site activities and on site progress, Enforcing a high level of health and safety.

Simpson park, miller homes

Managing the day to day activates of the backend of the project. handing back to the client the last 8 plots to completion. Directing drainage survey and organising the repair of any deep drainage defects. Remediating footpath kerbing work, surfacing all roads on the housing estate to adoption level. Completing public open space area.
