I have developed valuable experience working in busy kitchen and customer service environments, where I have taken orders, handled payments, and responded to customer queries and complaints in a calm and professional manner. I understand the importance of working efficiently during busy periods and working as part of a team to keep the service running smoothly.

In addition, I have experience in warehouse duties, including managing stock, preparing deliveries, and delivering to local businesses. This has helped me develop good organisational skills and confidence speaking to customers.

I enjoy public-facing roles and take pride in providing friendly, efficient service while maintaining a professional and approachable manner. As a local resident, I have good knowledge of the area and enjoy working within the community. I would be really pleased to have the opportunity to work in the Cotton House. I am currently available for full-time work until September and can work part-time during term time, with increased flexibility during university holidays.
