During my employment with Cameron Mackintosh have had the pleasure of covering many front of house roles. During my time as Education Officer I would incorporate/administer ticket sales for all educational visits to the eight theatres within the group on the ENTA booking system. Liaising with customers to ensure their visits run smoothly via email, telephone and in person.
Liaising with providers and visiting producers to set up all access performances-audio described, captioned and signed performances for all the theatres within the group.
Booking and administering all access patrons bookings via email, Textalk, telephone and in person.
