Within this role I was hybrid. I would carry out tasks for users remote and if needed I would visit site. The sites included but was not limited to care homes, schools and secure units. I would maintain all pc’s and uphold security to the highest level. Whilst in this role I completed many courses including office 365 essentials.
It was my duty to contact and assist with their IT / photocopier issues. This could vary from being unable to print, scan or copy. I logged in remotely to carry out these tasks. I was also responsible for the logistics of all photocopier installations. I am papercut qualified (print solution software) which will help me with future GDPR requests.
My role in Vauxhalls was to have a good understanding of all car parts as I would help customers and partners with the supply of parts. For this I needed good knowledge of car parts, good knowledge of the different model of cars, time keeping skills and was able to work to strict deadlines.
Within this role I ran the day to day functions of a fully licensed betting office and was in charge with the safe keeping of the shops takings.
