  • I took great pride in ensuring staff were fully trained and working to the best of their ability.

  • As part of my job role, I was required to open and close the store whilst also having the responsibilities of cashing up daily, as well as managing profit and loss within the store.
  • Another important part of my job role was to maximize efficiency within the team and help with any training and development that was needed, this was done by performing monthly reviews to help support individual colleagues.
  • As part of the management team, I helped the store work towards its KPI’S, this was done by increasing productivity within the store and by maximizing on any potential sales, this was done by having an excellent understanding of the products and services that the company offered.
