Affiliations

  • I am currently the vice chair and co-founder of my local coastal rowing club. The club has been running since 2016 and is now one the biggest in Ireland and has also won several All-Ireland titles. I still follow the sport of hurling having previously played to All-Ireland club level.

  • Remove process congestion in despatch
  • Reduced operator walking distances, improved area layout, implemented new process (std work), removed excess/obsolete parts & materials, addressed safety concerns.
  • 54% (£49k) reduction in man hrs per unit despatched (49hr-27hr), 49% (£5.5k) reduction in operator movement.


Ministry of Electric & Water - Product on container flow-line, 

  • Planned & Built, 200 x 40ft containerised genset & control systems on a flow-line at 6 per week
  • Created & implemented- maintenance & repair plans, training & recruitment plans, supply schedules & objectives, transportation/shipping, line balance & takt times and detailed, regular communication plans.
  • Target of 191.5hrs per set – 190.7hrs achieved, 21% ($8M) margin on sales.
