In this role, I was always busy either with customers or just maintaining the shop's high standards. In the role, sales assistants were to sell incentives, where I was constantly being praised for selling high amounts of products. I kept shelves neat, clean, and organised through visual merchandising. I also built good relationships with customers by giving them all the necessary help they needed, which resulted in them coming back and being satisfied with their time in the shop. In my two and a half years of being in retail, I have learned how to work in a team and follow instructions given by supervisors or the most experienced staff members. In this role, I became one of the more experienced members of staff, which resulted in me taking new hires under my wing and showing them the ropes and the high standards that are expected whilst working here.

- I am on a 0 hour contract however I work 30 plus hours a week because I show I'm willing to work whatever hours are thrown my way
