My Occupation as a barber was a self employed business venture, this entailed full control over renting the shop and solely running the business. Controlling all finances, such as the disperse of payroll wages, business banking overview, managing intake of monthly income, tracking receipts and controlling business finances for example rent. I would also manage the business' accounts and promotions to push sales and customer return. I would work daily with adults and children ensuring a happy, welcoming environment for them.
During my time as a store manager, I would take charge in managing our staff members, approving holiday for them, making a new rota for the staffs working hours and recruting new employees, and generally over seeing any problems that arose. I was in control of managing the intake of stock, contacting stock suppliers and arrange stock takes for the store.
