JOHN KELSO V

Preston,Lancashire

Summary

I have grown up on a small mixed livestock and crop farm in Antrim, Co. Antrim Northern Ireland, and after my education I gained employment at the ARINI (Agricultural Research Institute of Northern Ireland) as a Dairy Research technician, from the academical world i decided to venture into the commercial world.

During my careers I have learnt to work hard, carefully, methodically with decision making and problem solving skills developed.

Over the years I found a love working directly with the public, and learned how valuable presentation; manner and communication skills are in work and private life. To become as efficient at these mentioned skills, I attended lectures and presentations at personal expense because I realised the importance and enjoyment of being a good communicator.

I greatly realised my potential for leadership, when managing teams in both sales and technical. Seeing the growth and development of individuals and striving for them to be the best they can achieve gives me great satisfaction.

I am a committed manager with exceptional leadership, organisational skills and communication abilities leads high-performing cross-functional teams. i have lead projects, company operations and business growth.

I get great satisfaction from seeing development of my teams and staff, enjoying what they do and doing it to the best of their ability, most important to me is seeing the results to our end customers.
