Work history

Hub Support/ Ambassador

Ember
Aberdeen
08.2024 - Current

After joining Ember in August 2024 as a driver i was given the Hub Support/ Ambassador role earlier this year. This is a very demanding role which comes with a lot of responsibilities. Its a role that is ever changing and always evolving which keeps me on my toes. I work closely with others as a team which includes ops managers, fellow hub support colleagues, mechanics and drivers. I also route train drivers to learn our ever expanding road network. For me this is very rewarding because for many drivers our vehicles are the first electric coaches they have ever driven. Teaching them about battery efficiency and defensive driving will make them drive the Ember way. It will also help to deliver the best customer service and best passenger transport experience in Scotland and for me, we are unmatched.
