  • During this time I had responsibility to set up and maintain a Configuration management database, patching records, back up and restore routines, user administration and records, troubleshoot problems with pc’s, servers, printers, phones and headsets, record escalate and track problems passed to contractors within agreed service levels.
  • In two consecutive reporting years in this role, I achieved the highest performance marking possible placing me in the top 5% nationally.
