Summary

During my 20 years with Scotframe, where I started on the big saw, I have now worked in all phases of timber frame kit manufacture. I fully understand the need for precision during the manufacturing process and, when applicable, will raise points of concern with the quality of information and drawing details being issued the the factory. I can work as part of a team or on an individual basis as required to complete the regular work patterns.

I have been trained as a "train the trainer" and carry out regular refresher training for all employees, as well as carrying out inductions for new employees. I also train factory and office staff on all aspects of manual handling.

I am confident that I could be a valuable asset to any future employer in a similar, or different environment. Having worked at Scotframe for 20 years I have shown myself to be flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities when asked.
