Loading kits into a van and taking to the boats, putting the kit away in the correct places.

Auditing the boats kit with the sales team or owners.

logging any outstanding shortages and advising after sales of arrival dates.

Receiving late kit and taking to after sales to forward on.

Pulling parts for fit out / production from a bill of materials list on a daily basis so the parts arrive on time for the next days build.

Receiving the parts into my store & placing in the correct slots on racking for each area of the boats.

Handing out and delivering parts to the production workers for the days build.

Ordering parts to replace damaged during build, logging why and how the parts were damaged.

Raising quality issues for manufactured parts that arrive faulty or damaged.

Walking each boat line to collate build issues and order parts accordingly.

Unloading large parts from lorries with fork lifts & storing under the correct boats ready for build.

Locating any large parts that have been moved during builds and taking to production workers or advising where the parts are located.

Daily meetings with line managers to discuss part issues and resolutions to keep production moving efficiently.

Creating Excel spread sheets for managers to advise any cherry picking of parts & then pulling the parts manually.

Juggling parts from one build to another due to shortages to keep the priority boats in build and then returning the parts to where they were borrowed from when they arrive.

House keeping and general health & safety maintenance.

First aid when required.
