As a Warehouse operative instructor, I was responsible for teaching new recruits the system used for their specific assigned job roles. Introducing them to the responsibilities and health and safety regulations in the warehouse. I would teach and support new recruits during their training weeks. I would manage multiple groups of trainees, showing them how to use the equipment and correct PPE. With this job I learnt to multitask and improve my organisational skills, communication skills.
