• Lead and supervise a team, with responsibility of setting and running fast paced machinery, whilst maintaining quality controls while working within set waste, production and efficiency levels.
  Organise team tasks, leading the team members in their primary area.
  Responsible for ensuring cleaning and maintenance requirements are undertaken and completed to a high standard. Taking responsibility for performance, health and safety, quality, continual improvement, administration and development.

  Provide report and information detailing product performance.
  Ensure departments ISO standards are adhere to and improved on.
  Maintain and seek to develop manufacturing reporting,KPI's and information.
  Identify and develop training need to help with employee progression and motivation.
  Direct and coordinate production and distribution.
  Ensure a high emphasis is placed upon customer care for internal and external customers
  Plan and manage conflicting priorities to ensure production continuity and achieve customer expectations.
  Carry out stock checks with understanding of process and procedures.
