Summary

I'm a dedicated swimming coach and qualified physiotherapist with a passion for nurturing young talent in swimming. As a young swimmer in South Africa I competed at national level and always wanted to be able to also compete internationally. This dream was made possible when I started swimming competitively at masters level in the UK. I competed across the globe winning seven international events culminating in a double world champion title in Seoul in 2019. I feel that I can utilise this personal experience as an accomplished swimmer to inspire and motivate students towards achieving their goals. I have worked as physiotherapist in a number of different setting with different team dynamics which helps me to collaborate effectively with fellow coaches, lifeguards, and parents to create a supportive environment. Young swimmers will benefit from my professional skills in identifying developmental discrepancies and ability to adapt training to individual needs. I'm committed to fostering growth and excellence in the field of swimming education.
