Designing stage payment plans and Schedule of works programs.
Supervising a team of 8 construction workers to maintain productivity and quality of work.
Setting out for new build projects and house extensions from the architectural drawings.
Being part of the construction team when necessary.
Maintaining a good working relationship with the client, keeping them up to date with any design or cost changes.
Ordering materials and site management.
Obtaining project completion certification through Building Control agencies.
Undertaking Groundwork, Bricklaying, Drainage, Concreting, Landscaping, Carpentry, Roofing, Tilling, Plastering and painting.
Setting out for foundation excavation.
Waste management.
Arranging Building control sign off reports.
