  • Current role on a rotational program to support my development and progression to becoming a Product Manager here at Sainsbury's.
  • Rotation 1 - Digital Payments: 9 month in this team supporting a product and engineering team on creating new payment methods across our brands. Ran successful sprint planning, stand ups, refinements and big rocks sessions with our engineering team. And liaised with some of our external partners.
  • Rotation 2 - Value & Pricing: Working on all things Nectar pricing, taking product lead on Nectar Weighed Produce initiative. Working with multiple internal & external stakeholders & delivery managers to push this towards the go live stage.

  • Supported multiple different Product Managers, leading particular projects and hosting networking events.
  • Running weekly stock reports to reduce errors, monitoring stock and placing orders to send samples and stock to customers/partners.
  • Creating and assembling new family sample packs to of all products to send to partners and improve sales.
  • Usage of multiple applications including Microsoft teams, excel, Salesforce, Oracle, toolbox.
  • Crucial part of I&D team: running charity events including charity car washes, bake sales and tombola.
