Outlook Expedition I took part in a 4-week expedition to Borneo which included raising four thousand pounds cover costs and support a local village build a church with fellow students. 

Member of the UMRLFC: September 2019 - July 2023 I was a member of the 1st team Rugby League squad at University of Manchester and trained weekly. This has helped me improve my communication skills resulting in being appointed vice captain. 

CCF Cadets: 2012 - 2016 My level of confidence, leadership, and ability to adapt under stressful situations has greatly increased through the CCF cadets; where I taught younger cadets military knowledge such as field craft, weapon handling, first aid and team building. I am also a qualified first aider because of cadets 1st Dan (Black Belt) in karate: 2014 Achieved a black belt in Wado Ryu after eight years of training displaying my motivation and determination.
