Hello, My name is Joel.

I have an awful lot of experience in relation to hospitality. I have excellent customer service and have dealt with a lot over the years in the industry. I know how to clear tables efficiently, speak to customers properly and take orders promptly and with the right attitude. I also have a lot of bartending experience, almost more than waiting. I have worked in places that makes cocktails fresh and too specs, all of which i memorized. I've pulled an array of different draught larger and ales, whether that be draft, hand pulling or setting up cask ales to be pulled straight from the barrel. I have changed barrels, cleaned lines, prepped fruit and garnishes, the list goes on :)
