As the Security and Infrastructure Officer for the King's Affair in 2023, I led a team to ensure the safety and success of Cambridge University's prestigious May Ball. I coordinated comprehensive security measures, managed access control, and established emergency protocols, prioritizing the well-being of guests and staff. Collaborating with vendors and contractors, I also contributed to the event's logistics to create an engaging experience for attendees. Identifying potential risks and managing emergencies alongside medical teams and law enforcement was crucial. I provided guidance and support to our team, ensuring effective contributions to the event's success, while strictly adhering to local regulations and compliance standards. This role offered valuable insights into event management and was a rewarding experience.

• This was part-time, for the fixed length of the program, alongside undergraduate studies
• Mentored in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry via Google Meet sessions weekly.
• Met with group of 16 individuals to co-mentor and support student's academic aspirations.
• Supported individuals with interview skills and helped develop communication and confidence for the Cambridge admissions process.
• Taught students important points to prepare for examinations and assessments.
• Signposted opportunities for further learning and development.
• Supported students to identify problems impeding education.

• Used Excel to create formula based spreadsheets optimising refund and order tracking processes.
• Coordinated Supply and Delivery of COVID-19 Test kits between suppliers (Randox Laboratories) and Couriers (DPD)
• Coordinated advanced help for complex, time-sensitive supply and delivery cases as well as VIP customers.
• Resolved customer complaints following guidelines and referred complex inquiries to team leaders.
• Completed transactions to replace or exchange defective items.
