  • Real-Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) renewal, which is the infrastructure that holds accounts for banks, building societies, and other financial institutions

  • My responsibilities extended to supporting contract renewals within BAU, implementing procurement categories within the financial operations/P2P system, leading managed service renewals, building and controlling procurement processes globally for CTI, and supporting the creation of a companywide procurement policy

  • I delivered improvements in overall value from framework supply bases by identifying and addressing performance issues through supplier improvement plans, conducting vendor assessments, and identifying opportunities to engage with micro-businesses, SMEs, and the academic community
  • Other key responsibilities I had included reconciling purchase orders with delivered items, managing monthly reconciliation of mobile connections, assisting with invoice escalation queries, liaising with the offshore team, managing stock, and preparing purchase orders/purchase agreements
  • One of my biggest achievements in this role was demonstrating a substantial annual saving in hardware spend through an operation model, indicating that I was able to deliver measurable results that positively impacted the organization's financial performance.
