  • Responsible for building and acquiring new partnerships and selling to business owners/senior stakeholders across the U.K about their food & beverage portfolios/outlets within a variety of verticals, such as sport stadia, events stadia, hotels, contract catering to name a few
  • Selling a SaaS model solution for businesses across the UK & Ireland, consisting of products such as (PDQ, agile payments tech solutions, EPOS Systems, Self-Ordering KIOSKS) QR Code Online Ordering Technology, Pre-Ordering functions and managing this sales cycle from self generated lead, fact find, demo/assessment of suitability all the way through to completion. Then retaining their business and KIT techniques to execute a KYC plan to maintain the relationship and manage that new business account
  • Understanding financial budgets and forecasting spend on business plans and commercial sponsorship opportunities - usually dealing with deals with an AOV of £10K-100K
  • Ensuring I offer a consultative and authentic sales approach to all customers based around their marketing and advertising requirements – tailoring each product at my disposal to specific customers objectives and visions - based on a thorough fact find and qualification
  • Using tech and data to measure success and by focusing on new business relationships with prospective customers, I am able to share the true value of our partnership and explain fully where their investment goes and how our data and insight can measure performance and analytics
  • Ensuring the approach is consultative yet dynamic and powerful, ensuring that I capture the importance of partnership with us to get the best out of their business model. Full strategic ownership on all corporate projects from start to completion

  • Consistently tracking and monitoring performance each day and week, to ensure % of targets are being matched across the areas we are monitored by
  • Effectively communicate with high stakeholders the monetary value of our packages and have difficult conversations around their own individual performance on our platform vs spend – and then also discussing the options of spending more with, to get that greater success and results required
  • Able to use a wide range of data, insight and technology tools to advise, instruct and consult businesses of all sizes, how to maximise performance in a difficult, uncertain world
  • Implemented an innovative way to organise and manage workload effectively with diary management and data/insight records to track current and consistent performance
  • Discussing in December 2021 the imminent “rate rise” we had coming. This was about effective and clear communication of the increase in price on our platform

Interests: Very capable footballer who has played for professional and semi-professional teams., Was part of a very remarkable journey with Blyth Spartans, reaching the 3rd round of The FA Cup against Birmingham City., Represented England in football at university level and was capped for the games against Scotland, Wales and France.
