  • Achieved 150% increase in Closed ARR sourced by establishing standardized prospecting process, including qualification, handover, and AE + SDR Pod standards.
  • Saved £45,000 in recruitment and onboarding costs by implementing "Experienced Job Mover" recruitment focus.
